Lofical Marketplace Lister
Shopify seller workflow

Terms

Basic operating terms for using Marketplace Lister.

These terms are a plain-language summary of how the app is intended to be used. They are not a substitute for store-level legal advice.

Service scope
Marketplace Lister is provided as a seller workflow tool for converting Shopify product information into Facebook Marketplace-ready listing content. The app is not a listing publisher, marketplace broker, or legal compliance service.
Merchant responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing titles, descriptions, pricing, condition, category, images, and outbound listing links before publishing them on Facebook Marketplace or any other sales channel.
AI output
AI-generated output is assistive only. It may be persuasive or stylistically polished, but it can still be incomplete or inaccurate. Merchants must validate the final content before use.
Billing and access
Public paid plans are managed through Shopify Managed Pricing. Plan changes, renewals, and cancellations follow Shopify's billing flow and the plan entitlements available to your store.
Acceptable use
You must not use the app to publish misleading, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe product listings. Lofical may suspend access where misuse creates platform, legal, or reputational risk.
Availability and changes
Features, quotas, and plan structures can change over time. Lofical may update the app, the feature set, or plan entitlements where reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.
Liability boundary
To the extent permitted by law, Lofical provides the app on an as-available basis and is not responsible for sales outcomes, listing moderation decisions, third-party platform actions, or indirect commercial loss.
